Each state has one winner from every congressional district, and all winners have their art featured in the Cannon Tunnel, the walkway between the House office buildings and the U.S. Capitol.

The WOSC spring musical was announced Monday, Jan. 11, by Karla Shelby, music instructor and musical director at WOSC. This year's production will be "All Shook Up," a musical based around the many hit songs of Elvis Presley. Auditions are open to any WOSC student, and will take place next week on Wednesday, Jan. 20, from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 21, from 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., and Friday, Jan. 22, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Those in attendance were given free blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood glucose tests. Participants also received free pedometers, healthy snacks, and bottled water.
