Students who have not graduated from high
school whose composite standard score on the American College
Test places them at the 99th percentile (ACT-32/SAT-1400) of all
students using Oklahoma norms, or whose combined verbal and
mathematic score on the Scholastic Aptitude Test places them at
the 99th percentile of all students using national norms, may
apply for full enrollment at a college or university of the
Oklahoma state system of higher
education.
The college or university will determine admissibility based on
test scores, evaluation of the students' level of maturity and
ability to function in the adult college environment, and
whether the experience will be in the best interest of the
student intellectually and socially.
