Reporting of Grades
Final grades are made available to students at Western Oklahoma State College within two weeks following the official end of the semester. Grades can be accessed online through Campus Connect or students can officially request a transcript.

Calculation of Grade Point Average
All courses in which a student has a recorded grade will be counted in the calculation of the grade point average for retention purposes, excluding any courses repeated or reprieved as detailed in the State Regents’ grading policy and excluding developmental courses. All courses in which a student has a recorded grade will be counted in the calculation of the grade point average for retention purposes with the exception of activity or performance courses.
