Student Email Accounts at Western
Student email accounts are assigned to Western Oklahoma State
College students when they enroll. Students are strongly
encouraged to activate and use this email account, as it will be
used as the official means of communication from Western
Oklahoma State College. Along with the email account, you will
be assigned a WebCT account login, which may not be used,
depending upon the type of course in which you are enrolled.
Although your Campus Connect account should provide your WebCT
login and password within 24 hours of your enrollment, you will
not be able to access your course until the instructor adds you
to that specific course. Courses are generally not available
until the first day of the semester in which you are enrolled.
Contact your instructor if you cannot access the course after
the first day of the semester.
What is my email address and login?

Go to
www.wosc.edu to access the homepage.

Click on Campus Connect on the left menu.

Enter your Student ID and PIN. Student ID is
your social
security number and the PIN is (at first) your date of
birth.

Click on Student Information, scroll down,
and click
on Demographic Data.
Note: Students are strongly encouraged to
change the PIN after you login to Campus Connect for the first
time.
Included in the demographic data will be your username for WebCT
(online classes), computer labs, and your WOSC email address.
Your email address will follow the following format:
username@students.wosc.edu
Your password will also be listed. This password is the same for
WebCT, Computer labs, and email.
Do not share your password with anyone. Take every precaution to
safeguard your password for security reasons.
Who will be sending students email?
Your e-mail account will serve as an official means of
communication with Western Oklahoma State College, including
Financial Aid, Instructors, Admissions, and Business Office. We
advise that you check your email often.
How do I check my Email?
Go to http://webmail.students.wosc.edu
Your username is the same as your WebCT and Computer lab
username.
Do not have a computer or internet at home?
You may check your email from any computer that is connected
to the internet.
