The Oklahoma Association of Community Colleges will
award two $1,000 scholarships to current community college students
and two $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school seniors both
of whom plan to attend an Oklahoma two-year college this fall and
spring 2008-2009.
The application can be obtained at
oacc.onenet.net.
Western Oklahoma State College has an excellent history of earning
the OACC scholarships. Last year current Western students Christi
Lemire and Janna Kennedy were awarded this scholarship.
