Personal exercise and training classes will be
offered on Western Oklahoma State College’s campus. Following is
the schedule:

Body Sculpting: Mondays and Fridays at 8
a.m.

Low Impact Circuit Training: Mondays at 6
p.m.

Circuit Training: Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays at 9 a.m.

Pilates: Tuesdays at 6 p.m.

Yoga: Wednesdays at 6 p.m.

Pilates: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m.

Pilates with Weights: Thursdays at 6 p.m.
Cost for these classes is $5 per class, or
