WESTERN OFFERS PERSONAL EXERCISE AND TRAINING CLASSES

Personal exercise and training classes will be offered on Western Oklahoma State College’s campus. Following is the schedule:

  • Body Sculpting: Mondays and Fridays at 8 a.m.
     

  • Low Impact Circuit Training: Mondays at 6 p.m.
     

  • Circuit Training: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9 a.m.
     

  • Pilates: Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
     

  • Yoga: Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
     

  • Pilates: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m.
     

  • Pilates with Weights: Thursdays at 6 p.m.

     

Cost for these classes is $5 per class, or monthly rates are available. Call Melissa Guinan at 477-4608 for more information.
