Submit an Application
Students interested in participating in the Upward Bound program
must apply during the month of September. You may request an
application from your school counselor or from the Western
Oklahoma State College Upward Bound office.
The application is also available to download from the link
provided below. A family interview is also a requirement in the
application process.

Print the Upward Bound application and complete it carefully.
Once it is completed, please mail the application to the address
listed below or return it to your school counselor.

Eligibility Requirements?
To become a participant in the Upward Bound
Program, students must:
Demonstrate a desire and the ability to succeed in high
school and graduate from a four-year college AND
Meet income requirements AND/OR
Meet First generation requirements (your parents have not
graduated from college) And
Show an academic need.
