LATE PAYMENTS

Payment or payment arrangements are required before the first day of classes, or on the date of
enrollment.
The Student Billing office will not mail bills.
This bill is like any other bill. It is your responsibility to pay your bill on time to eliminate interest, late payment charges or being sent to collections.
All past due accounts will be assessed for a late fee, and may receive a hold preventing future enrollment and release of an official transcript.
No late fees will be assessed for students enrolled, and in good standing, in a payment plan.

UNPAID SEMESTER BALANCES

Delinquent account information will be disclosed to credit reporting agencies, and accrue
additional fees.
Past due accounts may receive payment from the warrant intercept program (WIP) that captures state income tax refunds to pay outstanding debt.
Accounts must be cleared before the student can obtain a release of an official transcript.

NO AUTOMATIC CANCELLATIONS

Classes will NOT be automatically cancelled for non-payment or non-attendance. The student will be responsible for payment of tuition and fees unless an official drop form is completed by the official required dates published in the Academic Calendar.

If a drop is requested AFTER the official drop date, it will be processed an a withdrawal, which will result in the student still owing for the cost of the course and receiving a W as a grade for the course.

Remember – if you withdraw after the refund period is over, you will still be responsible for the entirety of the costs associated with the class you committed to take.
