Western Oklahoma State College honored thirteen exceptional students during the 2026 President’s Excellence Luncheon held on Wednesday, April 22, recognizing students who exemplify academic achievement, leadership, service, and dedication both inside and outside the classroom.

Western Oklahoma State College is proud to recognize Jeff and Kim Wilmes, along with Kirk and Denise Wilmes, for their generous contribution to the Centennial Legacy Projects Campaign. Their support, along with numerous other contributions, has helped bring the campaign total to more than $40,000 raised toward the $100,000 goal.
