The following refund policy, established by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, is applicable to general fees and tuition when a student withdraws from the institution.

• If a class is changed by the administration, a full refund is made.
• Refunds are figured from the official beginning of school and not from the date of enrollment.
• Students must officially withdraw from a class before any refund can be made.
• No refunds will be made after the refund period has ended.
• Refunds will be reduced by any amount owed to the college.
• The application for admission fee is non-refundable.

ENROLLMENT CHANGES DURING THE NONRESTRICTIVE DROP/ADD PERIOD

Full Refunds for Dropped Courses

Courses added during the nonrestrictive drop/add period will cause a tuition/fee recalculation. Full refunds are issued for courses dropped during the nonrestrictive drop/add period.

ENROLLMENT CHANGES AFTER THE DROP/ADD PERIOD

No Refunds for Dropped Courses

Full refunds are not issued for courses dropped after the drop/add period.

NO AUTOMATIC CANCELLATIONS

Classes will NOT be automatically cancelled for non-payment or non-attendance. The student will be responsible for payment of tuition and fees unless an official drop form is completed by the official required dates published in the Academic Calendar.

If a drop is requested AFTER the official drop date, it will be processed as a withdrawal, which will result in the student still owing for the cost of the course and receiving a W as a grade for the course.
