HOW TO GET A TRANSCRIPT

There are 3 ways to obtain a transcript for WOSC:

1. Bring it to the Admissions Office
2. Mail in to Admissions: Admissions Office, 2801 N Main, Altus,OK 73521
3. Fax it to Admissions: 580-477-7723
Make sure you fill out and submit the Transcript request form.
Transcripts are FREE

DEGREE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

Fill out the Degree Check Request Form.

There are 3 ways to obtain a degree check:
1. Bring it to the Admissions Office
2. Mail in to Admissions: Admissions Office, 2801 N Main, Altus,OK 73521
3. Fax it to Admission: 580-477-7723

CHANGE OF ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OR LAST NAME

Western Oklahoma State College has an "open-door policy" that provides easy access to educational opportunity. This means that while students are required to take the ACT and/or COMPASS test, there is no minimum score required for admission. Admission requirements to WOSC are established by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
