CAMPUS LIFE
Residential living on the Western Oklahoma State College campus began in August of 1999, when the residence hall opened its doors to students. It consists of bi-level east and west wings, housing a capacity of 96 students. To be eligible for residence, a student must enroll in a minimum of six credit hours.
All residence hall rooms are designed for double occupancy with two single beds, built-in drawers, two closet areas, two desks with chairs, two dressers and a shower in every room.All rooms are provided with local telephone service and a basic telephone. Click here for more information.
Students living on Western Oklahoma State College's campus enjoy weekday cafe-style meals provided by Great Western Dining, free local phone service and basic cable, on-site laundry facilities, and a dorm security agent on call from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.
Access to Western's state-of-the-art Wellness Center is also provided at no additional charge. Although summer and winter hours vary, the center is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. The junior-olympic sized pool is open to students living on campus as well.
