Western Oklahoma State College is proud to recognize several outstanding students who were recently honored at the Oklahoma State Capitol during the 2026 All-Oklahoma Academic Team and Oklahoma Association of Community Colleges (OACC) President’s Tuition Waiver Awards Ceremony.

Representing Western on the All-Oklahoma Academic Team are Cody Bowland of Frederick and Morgan White of Mangum. This prestigious recognition highlights students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and service both on campus and in their communities.

Western also celebrates the recipients of the OACC President’s Tuition Waiver, awarded to exceptional high school seniors who plan to attend a community college in Oklahoma. This year’s honorees include Aleesha Davis of Tipton High School, Skylah Muniz of Snyder High School, and Mareli Saldana of Hollis High School.

All recipients attended the awards ceremony at the Oklahoma State Capitol on April 7 to accept their honors.

Western Oklahoma State College congratulates each of these students and wishes them continued success as they pursue their educational and career goals.
