Western Oklahoma State College is an open-access institution that provides access to educational opportunities. Admission requirements to WOSC are established by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
Admission to WOSC
New students or returning students who have been absent for one year need to complete and submit the Admission Application. Students will receive an email from the Office of Admissions within 24-48 hours with your next steps.
- Submit your official high school transcript and any ACT or SAT scores. Adult students over the age of 21 are not required to submit high school transcripts. Official transcripts may be sent electronically through an eTranscript provider or mailed in the institution's sealed envelope.
- Submit all official college transcripts if you have attended other colleges.
- Transcripts will be assessed at admission to determine placement and developmental needs. Some students may need to complete placement testing before enrolling. Your advisor will provide more information if testing is required.
- Immunization records or Immunization Waiver form.
Regular Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Summer Hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
