What is WINDS?
WINDS is a TRIO Student Support Services program at Western Oklahoma State College that is designed to help students succeed. WINDS provides a variety of free services to those students who qualify.

How do I qualify for WINDS?
To qualify for WINDS, you must be enrolled as a Western student and have a documented academic need. In addition, you must belong to one of the following groups: first-generation college student (neither parent has a bachelor's degree), financially disadvantaged, or disabled.
