Career-Focused Credentials
Western Oklahoma State College along with the Oklahoma State Regents of Higher Education is striving to upskill Oklahomans. If you are needing to enhance your skills, Western will be offering a variety of opportunities. Western is now offering various career-focused credentials and micro-credentials in addition to our traditional degrees. Our newest opportunity is in the field of Cyber Security. Western is a CompTIA Authorized Partner.
The Security+ class with be offered on a limited basis for the first cohort. The first 10 students will be scholarshiped. This scholarship will cover the cost of the course along with course material. Students will be required to share their test results after completing the CompTIA Security+ exam.
