STEP 1

Download the MP4 recording if it is in the Cloud. If locally, you already have the recording, and no need to download it. 

STEP 2

Go to your employee Gmail, click on the waffle icon ( 9-dot icon upper right corner ) to reveal more links, click on YouTube. 

STEP 3

Click Upload Video

Go to your employee Gmail, click on the waffle icon ( 9-dot icon upper right corner ) to reveal more links, click on YouTube. 

STEP 4

Click Select Files or drag and drop. 

Go to your employee Gmail, click on the waffle icon ( 9-dot icon upper right corner ) to reveal more links, click on YouTube. 

STEP 5

Run through the steps adding a video Title, description, etc. 
Click on Unlisted, that will be one of the steps when you have to select.

How to Edit the YouTube Video

 STEP 1

Go to the video you want to edit, then click on Editor.

 STEP 2

Then click on Trim & Cut

 STEP 3

Drag the sliders to trim the beginning and/or end of the video, click save when you are done trimming the video.  (NOTE: the link will not change)
